Arnold is a leader, business-focused employee engagement professional and innovator with more than 35 years of hands-on experience and an exceptional ability to develop human capital to drive service excellence.
Arnold has more than 45 years experience as a coach, first in sports and then as part of his various international management positions. As a certified coach he connects personal development with professional growth.
He uniquely blends ‘personalness’ (what does it mean to me?) with ‘holisticness’ (what does it mean to we?).
